Wild is inspired by some flowers I received for my birthday. The mix of colors was unexpected and one that I don’t often go for. Those 12 days of minis are a great way to jump in and see what happens.
Painted with acrylic gouache on a 6×6", 1.5" profile birch wood panel. Also includes a few touches of gold finish.
This piece is finished with a coat of satin varnish, applied just before shipping. (Please note: the artwork pictured does not yet show the varnish.) The varnish is a beautiful, complementary touch — enhancing the richness of the colors and the texture of each brushstroke for an elevated, polished finish.
